June 12
2nd Sunday Milonga at Victorian Square
401 W Main Street, Lexington, KY 40507
5:30 to 8 p.m. Everybody's welcome: beginners and observers, too!
Music is predominately traditional. The only place around where
you can dance under the old-fashioned street lamps and still be
inside!
Interesting crowd this Sunday! Oscar Leguizamón
(actor, writer, Lunfardo expert, charmer, philosopher, 15 years
as company manager for Forever Tango, and all-around nice guy) was
in attendance. We were thrilled to see Marcela as always! And it
was great to see wanderers Patricia and Monte. So nice to hear so
much Castellano spoken...makes it feel a little like Buenos Aires.
But let's not forget, it's the "regulars" who make Second
Sunday a success and keep it going year after year! Gracias a todos!

May 8
2nd Sunday Milonga at Victorian Square
401 W Main Street, Lexington, KY 40507
Happy Spring and Happy Mother's Day! Finally, a day with sunshine.
Phoebe from Chicago drove over from Louisville, taking a break from
her Derby celebrations. Angel brought his mother, and several other
relatives as well. Check out his beautiful nieces, and his nephew...clearly
an aspiring tango dancer!

March 13, 2011
2nd Sunday Milonga at Victorian Square
5:30 to 8 p.m. in the Atrium of Victorian Square
401 W Main Street, Lexington, Kentucky 40507
We celebrated Rita's birthday with a "birthday dance"
and cupcakes with candles. Lu Ann made sure she did not forget to
bring her camera with the depleted battery, hence no pictures of
this special occasion. Just take our word for it; the ladies were
gorgeous and the men muy guapo.

to Valentine's Day. Thanks to Ron and Judy for hosting while Lu
Ann was in Buenos Aires.
