LexTango 2nd Sunday Milonga
Location: Victorian Square
in the Atrium.

5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Come to dance or just to observe. Everybody's welcome!
Traditional
with some Nuevo and Alternative music.
Free Parking in the parking garage connected by pedway. The entrance
to the garage is on Short Street.
DeSha's
Restaurant and Bar will be open during the Milonga and afterwards
until 10 p.m. Brooklyn Pizza Sports Bar & Grille will also
be open, till 11:00 p.m.
We'd kind of like the Christmas trees to stay up all year
round, they make everything so festive! Thanks Ron and Judy and
Rita and Jay, and Kelly, for setting up this month.

Traditional Argentine Tango music with some Nuevo and Alternative
music. (Each hour gets progressively less traditional.)

Another great evening in the Atrium in Victorian Square! We
didn't anticipate the large Christmas Tree so early in the season,
but luckily there was still plenty of space to dance! We had several
tables of observers, who, judging from the applause, must have
been enjoying themselves. Guests included a family from Columbia
(the country, not the city) and Jo from Portland, Oregon.

Held in the abandoned general store in Troy, Kentucky, just in
time for Halloween!
8 p.m. till midnight. $5 cover.
Traditional music (mostly!)
Bring an appetizer to share if you wish! Soft drinks and paper
products will be provided. Everybody's welcome! Come to dance
or just to observe.

Yes, the full moon made an
appearance after a cloudy day! About 25/27 people took the country
drive to our second Milonga at this great venue. What an
unexpected sight as you approached from Keene-Troy Pike.
Somebody bring a wine tool next time!! And, big news ( but don't
tell her orthopedist)....Rita danced!!
Look carefully and you can see the Troy Street sign through
the window. The flash lit it up.

less tradtional.
DeSha's Restaurant and Bar will be open during the Milonga and
afterwards until 10 p.m. Brookly Pizza Sports Bar and Grille will
also be open, till 11:00 p.m.
About 34 people came to dance in the atrium at Victorian Square,
downtown Lexington. We had great representation from Cincinnati,
and Louisville as well.
